It was easy to find and near both the city center and the station area, as well as Città Alta. I felt safe and even discovered the Perfectionists' Cafe nearby, where they offered delicious goodies and drinks.

The hotel was a handy base for enjoying a shopping area, right by the train and bus stations as well as the cafe across road. Staff were very very nice, room was large and bright with shared bathroom. The rate was £ 108. Its location was central, close to Slipstream Sculpture. I spent 1 night here and appreciated that.
